 Daniel Jordan
Musician/Composer/Educator
Daniel has been a successful educator and musician since 1976. He has a flexible and common sense approach to teaching and playing. He is the creator of “Journey through Jazz”, a nationally distributed educational video tape.
Daniel has performed with many notable artists including: Sam Rivers, Natalie Cole, Maynard Ferguson, Aretha Franklin, Charlie Haden, Mel Torme, Sammy Davis Jr., Slide Hampton, Badal Roy, Jimmy Smith, Clarke Terry, Billy Eckstien, Alan Broadbent, Woody Herman Orchestra, Ray Charles, Barry Manilo, Michael Wolff, Larry Elgart, Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, The Temptations, The Four Tops , Elvin Jones, Kenny Rogers, Wayne Newton, New York Fusion Ensemble, Afro Cuban Jazz Orchestra. He has also worked on Broadway in the pit for shows such as "Suessical" and "Fosse".
